CEO
John Feenan

Mr. Feenan partnered with White Wolf Capital in creating the Seacoast Service Partners platform and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in January 2024.
John has over twenty-five years of C Suite experience. He started his career at the IBM Corporation in New York. He has been the Chief Financial Officer of both public and private equity based global business ranging in size from $1B - $5B+. His private equity experience includes assignments at Investcorp, The Carlyle Group, Bain Capital and most recently at KKR.
His industry experience ranges from consumer products, industrial businesses, chemicals, steel and most recently business services. He has extensive financial, operational and M&A experience including the completion of more than forty transactions since 2017. He has consistently built world class teams and has also helped lead two successful IPO’s for financial sponsor owned businesses on the NYSE in 2014 and 2018.
John also sits on the board of directors of the Treasure Coast Hospice serving Martin, St Lucie, Okeechobee and Indian River counties.
John has a BA in Economics from St Anselm College and an MBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He is also a Certified Management Accountant.
CFO
Robert (Bob) Oulahan

Robert (Bob) Oulahan is a seasoned financial executive with more than 25 years of experience helping middle-market and growth-oriented companies build strong financial foundations and navigate complex business challenges. His background includes leadership roles with Big 4 accounting firms, Nasdaq-listed companies, and privately held organizations.
More recently, Bob has worked extensively with private equity-backed commercial and residential services platforms, supporting businesses across landscaping, waste services, pest control, HVAC, and plumbing. In these environments, he has partnered closely with management teams and sponsors to implement scalable financial, tax, and operational strategies aligned with growth objectives and long-term value creation.
Bob brings deep expertise in service-based businesses and is known for his practical, solutions-oriented approach and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights that support sound decision-making.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Outside of work, Bob enjoys golf, travel, and spending time at the beach.
Director of Integration and Technical Accounting
Sean Ryan

Sean Ryan joined the Seacoast team in December 2023 in the role of Finance | Integration Manager. Prior to joining Seacoast, Sean worked at PwC in their Financial Due Diligence practice, working on the buy-side and the sell-side of a variety of transactions for corporate and private clients.
Sean also has experience in both private and public accounting, having spent several years working in the fund accounting department of Third Point LLC, a Manhattan based hedge fund, and several years in PwC’s Audit practice working on the financial statement audits of large insurance clients.
Sean graduated from University of Richmond in 2014 and holds a CPA License in the state of New York and a reciprocal CPA license in the state of Georgia.
Plumbing Division Manager
Jim Lapointe

James Lapointe is the Plumbing division manager for Seacoast Partners. He has over 35 years of plumbing and business experience. He has worked in every aspect of the plumbing industry from management, retail, wholesale, construction and commercial install, and service. He has owned several large successful plumbing companies within his career.
James and his company were the first acquisition at Seacoast partners and has helped grow the Plumbing segment to five Opco’s and has orchestrated the alignment of warehousing, fleet organization, consolidation, and software applications for a more consistent streamlined daily process. He also assists in the merger and acquisition process for new potential plumbing opportunities. He provides training and promotes proper culture for the platform.
HVAC Division Manager
Scott Dalton

As the HVAC division manager Scott oversees the strategic operations and performance of the division, focusing on aligning goals with company objectives. With a strong background in team leadership, financial acumen, and operational excellence, Scott has successfully managed teams of over 50 professionals, boosting productivity. Expertise includes driving profitability, managing budgets, and streamlining process to reduce operational cost.
Scott joined Seacoast service partners in 2024 after spending 15+ years in operational management and as an executive in the facility management industry with USM Services, BrightView and LUSA Group overseeing design and build, maintenance divisions and M&A. He believes that while strategy is essential, culture is the engine that drives performance. His focus on building high-trust environments where people feel valued, empowered, and inspired to innovate. Scott is passionate about transforming workplaces by putting people first.
Commercial Refrigeration Division Manager
Chris Lail

Chris joined Seacoast Service Partners in November 2023 through the acquisition of Putnam Mechanical, the firm’s first investment in the HVAC and commercial refrigeration sector. Chris is a multi-location founder and entrepreneur with a track record of building and scaling service businesses.
He leads with a servant-leadership mindset and believes strong organizations are built through great people, clear vision, and disciplined execution. Chris focuses on solving complex operational challenges, aligning teams around shared goals, and building cultures where both people and performance can thrive as organizations scale.
Chris holds a BS from University of North Carolina at Greensboro and maintains a South Carolina Unlimited Mechanical License as well as Florida Class A and Class B Mechanical Licenses.
Director of Human Resources
Daniela Tesio

Daniela Tesio joined Seacoast Service Partners as Director of Human Resources in March 2026. She brings more than a decade of HR leadership experience supporting multi-state organizations in employee relations, compliance, payroll, benefits, and organizational change.
Before joining Seacoast, Daniela spent five years with Juniper Landscaping, where she advanced from HR Business Partner to Regional Human Resources Manager and ultimately Director of Human Resources. In those roles, she helped guide the organization through rapid growth and operational change, including acquisitions, workforce transitions, HR process improvement, policy implementation, and systems initiatives.
Daniela is known for her balanced approach to HR leadership, combining operational discipline with strong business partnership and employee support. She holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and a SHRM U.S. Employment Immigration Specialty credential, and earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Washington.
Director – IT
Jon Gassett

Jon Gassett is responsible for the technology initiatives at Seacoast. Jon has ten years of experience as technology lead and business analyst for Total Comfort in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and propane gas business.
Prior to Total Comfort he was a design engineer with GE Appliances. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Duke.
Controller HVAC Division
Jodi Leclair

Jodi LeClaire joined the Seacoast team in January 2026. She has over 25 years of experience in corporate and private Accounting mostly within the manufacturing and HVAC & Plumbing construction/service industries. She specializes in building efficient accounting systems, streamlining processes and ensuring compliance. She is known for leading with empathy, encouraging learning and creating a team environment with trust and loyalty. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Controller Plumbing Division
Evelyn Quintana

Evelyn is a high-energy financial and operations leader with more than 15 years of experience in accounting, operations, and financial reporting. Currently serving as Operations Controller for the Plumbing Division at Seacoast Service Partners, she is known for managing projects from initiation to completion — on time and within budget.
Evelyn's career spans respected organizations including Mattamy Homes, Tervis, Juniper, and Dole Food Company, reflecting her versatility across multiple industries. A dedicated team player and skilled communicator, she excels in cross-functional environments and holds an MBA in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
Accounting Manager/Controller Commercial Refrigeration Division
Michele Slaughter

Michele Slaughter joined Seacoast Service Partners in May 2024. She has over 15 years of experience in financial accounting roles in the commercial and residential Real Estate industry between New York and South Florida.
Her most recent role was with Related Companies in South Florida, and before that she was at Sterling Organization in West Palm Beach, and Thor Equities and Sterling Equities in New York.
She has an undergraduate degree from NYU Stern School of Business and an MBA from Longwood University.
Marketing Manager
Kaitlyn Hofle

Kaitlyn Hofle joined the Seacoast team in August 2025. Kaitlyn is part of the leadership team and oversees all aspects of marketing for Seacoast Service Partners’ OpCo's, including digital strategy, brand management, SEO, advertising, and content development.
She has extensive experience in marketing and leadership. Prior to joining Seacoast Service Partners, Kaitlyn spent many years at WHILL, a powerchair manufacturer, where she played a key role in driving rapid growth, building and guiding the marketing team to success, and earning multiple promotions along the way. Earlier in her career, she also worked at Mister Car Wash as a supervisor, where she gained valuable leadership and operations experience.
Kaitlyn graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She is known for her collaborative leadership style and focus on driving sustainable growth across teams and organizations.
